External Hemroids

 

Any type of hemroids causes discomfort and pain. External hemroid is not exclusion to this. External hemroids can be noticed easily by looking outer cavity of anus. If perform your job with continuous sitting for long time then you can keep cushions in your seat this will minimize stress on external hemroid thus you will get relief. Wearing of loose undergarments provides you more comfort in external hemroids while tight undergarments can exert some force on the external hemroids. Take fibrous diet and sufficient liquids that will help you to cure external hemroids by strengthening the veins and ensuring smooth bowel. You can also apply hemroid ointments for temporary relief.
